Via SEO Elite software, you can discover if your site is linking to any bad web sites. If you are connecting to this kind of web sites just erase the link immediately. This will cause to a higher in the SERP.
How?
When SEO Elite is finished processing, just click on the report view tab and check the column labeled "Google PR". If you see a web site with a Google PR0, it is either blocked by Google or it is a new web site and the Page Rank has not been upgraded by Google.
So you will have to keep a list of the websites that have a PR of 0. You will have to select radio button 6 within SEO Elite. Then you can visit if the website is still in Google's index. If you want to enter PR0 websites into the textbox, you can select the Google checkbox, and then click “ok”.
If Google shows 0 results for the websites, this shows that they have been banned. You must immediately remove the link.
