I am sorry but I would have to absolutely disagree with you. I have been dealing with Tax Fix for months now, and I consider myself a patient individual. The whole process so far has taken approximately 4/5 months and I would have to say that Tax Fix has been unprofessional and incompetent to the point of blatant disrespect.
Their actions have caused me to question on multiple occasions whether they are even a legitimate business, causing me to have to contact HM Revenue to be certain that I haven’t been a victim of fraud. I STRONGLY suggest that you use any other means of filing your taxes other than this Tax Fix to avoid the experience that I am having.
